Duct Testing & 2012 NC Building Code Requirements - Greenville, NC
Beginning March 1st, 2012, North Carolina officially adopted the 2009 IECC as part of the 2012 NC Building Code, which requires that all duct systems be sealed and pressure tested.
The 1/2-day training will include:
1) 2012 NC Energy Code duct-testing requirements
2) Hands-on demonstrations with two different brands of duct testing equipment
3) Review of ENERGY STAR Version 3 duct-testing requirements
4) Review of ASHRAE 62.2 Residential Ventilation Standards
