The HealthyBuilt Certification Process
 

1. Review this information thoroughly, then call us with any questions.
2. Register for the next HealthyBuilt orientation and join the WNCGBC.
3. Complete the New Home Registration Form.
4. Pay registration fee to the WNCGBC and initial payment to us.
5. Complete your checklist and submit it to the WNCGBC with your registration.
6. Send us your checklist and plans - we'll begin the plan analysis & computer-modeling.
7. Schedule inspections (2-3) during construction in accordance with Energy Star guidelines.
   • Pre-insulation
   • Pre-drywall
   • Post-completion
8. Certification and performance reports will be sent to the builder or homeowner.
