Q:  Do you offer free estimates?
A:  If you're clear about exactly what your house needs, we do offer free estimates. But, we find that most
     homes require a full evaluation to determine the best solutions to address the home's overall performance.

Q:  Do you do the retrofit work yourselves or sub it out?
A:  It depends on the scope of work. While we do perform much of the work with our in-house crews, we also
     incorporate other regional expert contractors when the scope of your job calls for it. 

Q:  Are you insured?
A:  Yes. We are fully insured with both General Liability and Worker's Comp.

Q:  How long does it take to complete a home audit?
A:  The length of our audits vary, depending on the size/complexity of your building and the type of evaluation
     you have selected. Generally speaking, they range from 1 - 5 hours.
