The "BPI" Evaluation

Audit Description:
The BPI Evaluation conforms to the home evaluation standards established by BPI (the Building Performance Institute) and is performed by a BPI-certified Building Analyst. This evaluation builds on the Basic Evaluation, and includes the addition of a few forms of combustion safety testing. This is our recommended evaluation for any home that contains combustion applicances (furnaces, boilers, water heaters, stoves, ovens, fireplaces, etc.).
