Installed Efficiency Testing

We'll take a detailed look at the duct system, documenting the overall affect of duct restriction on the capacity of the unit. We'll document temperatures, pressures, and airflow to determine the actual BTU's that your heating/cooling system is delivering to your house. We commonly see systems performing at as little as 50% of their rated output. This means that the system has to run for TWICE as long to satisfy the need for heating/cooling.

After performing this diagnostic work, we have a thorough understanding of how the various components of your system are affecting the overall performance. With this data, we can develop a comprehensive plan to increase the system performance by addressing not only the equipment, but also the distribution system.
