Building Performance Specialist This position requires a self motivated, independent, professional person that has the ability to communicate clearly, think creatively, and absorb building science concepts quickly. Responsibilities include: analysis and diagnostics of new & existing buildings, developing estimates and scopes-of-work for improvements/installation of envelope systems, facilitating the implementation of improvement work on existing buildings, ability to perform advanced diagnostics in new buildings under construction, representing our firm at industry and public educational events. Ideal applicant qualities include: project management experience, high levels of organization, fluency in Office software, comfortable with educational-based sales, team-oriented problem solving skills, ability to represent yourself and our organization with personal integrity, exemplifying leadership through action. Compensation, based on experience: $25,000 - $50,000. Icynene Sprayer Due to the technical nature of the installation of Icynene, applicants should be mechanically inclined. Applicant should have the ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, work well on a team, and have attention to detail. Applicants should feel comfortable working around chemicals, be okay with heights, have great organizational skills, have a clean driving record and current drivers license. Experience driving large trucks is desired. Compensation: Based on experience Insulation & Weatherization Technician Due to the technical nature of weatherization work, applicants should be mechanically inclined. Applicant should have the ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, work well on a team, and have attention to detail. Applicants should be okay with heights, have great organizational skills, have a clean driving record and current drivers license. Experience driving large trucks is desired.
